Having 20 parties already secured and confirmed their date, we thought we would help you with the "credit crunch" by freezing our room hire prices for 2009. No.4 Hamilton Place "Open House" Summer Party

As we have been fully booked, and busy for the past 3 and a half months organising all our clients summer parties, we have now decided to throw our own "No.4 Open House party" on our fab terrace.

You are therefore invited to come & party between 6pm - 9.30pm on Tuesday 19th August.

Music will be provided by "Sistacated" & "Cool Ro" who have been this season's sensational resident band at No.4, giving you a range of tracks from Motown, funky soul, to current.

So put on your cool shades and join the team at No.4 for a funky night out.

The Uk's First Carbon Neutral bottled water comes to No.4

For years we have been looking at the global impact No.4 Hamilton Place has on the environment and one of our latest finds is a mineral water company called BELU.

BELU is the Uk's first Carbon Neutral bottle water company. BELU donates all its profits to fund clean water projects in the UK and around the world, every bottle you drink gives someone clean water for a month.

Their first water project is in a village in Tamil Nadu, India where BELU have installed wells & hand pumps for 10,000 people.

Belu is also working on cleaning rivers and streams in the UK. their first initiative is a rubbish muncher on the thames which removes 45 tons of plastic bags and bottles each year.

Water on Tap - If you have been following the London Evening Standard's campaign to promote water on tap. Here at No.4 we do not charge for jugs of tap water and tap water is always available on request.

June 29th saw the results of the long awaited RSVP Awards. Dish were shortlisted in three categories:

Most Creative Use of Food, Chistmas Party Package of the Year, Most Creative Use of a Temporary Structure

Competition was rife but Dish made an impressive statement coming highly commended in not one,not two,but all three categories! In addition to this, Dish beat top names such as Mask Events, The Ultimate Experience and Richmond Creative Event Catering and Design. A well deserved pat on the back for the whole Dish crew.

Perfect for summer receptions. Dish's summer cazuelas menus draw inspiration from Spain, using traditional terracotta bowls to serve these exquisite tapas style dishes. Other popular inovations include Dish's Gastro Box menus, served in bespoke bamboo boxes. The Gastro Boxes can be used to supplement canape parties or as a full meal in their own right, with guests choosing 3-4 boxes for a full meal. Menus are broken down simply into meat, fish and vegetarian for the sake of ease.

Seasonal Menus

We are pleased to announce that our new Summer / Autumn menus, starting 1st July 2007, are now available. Highlight of the new Summer / Autumn menus are new Cocktail party menus served in lovely Terracotta dishes called Cazuelas. Other highlights of this seasons menus are small bites; irresistible bite sized nibbles that are great for any cocktail party. As the BBQ season is in full swing here on our Terrace, we have decided to add some new menus for you to choose from. Lastly our new menus explain how the food is sourced and transported as more and more of our guests are asking how food is transported here. Wednesday 22 March 2006 is the day three New Meeting Rooms are available to hire. The rooms are called The Broughton Room The Filton Room and The Toulouse Room. All three rooms lead out on to a business lounge where your guests can catch up on a bit of news, with BBC News 24 or check their emails on our state of the art WIFI work stations. New Look Terrace

The New look terrace is ready following a £70,000 refurbishment. To Get the first look of our new terrace go in to the Gallery Section where you will see two pictures of the "terrace in Winter" or if not come and have a look in person. New features of the new improved terrace are new tiles, all the way from italy! also under floor LED lighting helps you while away those Summer evenings while entertaining your guests. From 1st January 2005 No 4 Hamilton Place will become a Non Smoking Venue. Following research from clients and customer feedback it was felt that No 4 Hamilton Place would follow a no-smoking policy to ensure a healthy environment for our guests and staff
